Hey little monsters. I'm a young gal from Southern Manitoba... and completing an Ironman has been an obsession of mine. Health set backs over the past few years have disabled me from training to compete. So, this is the year!
I hope that by sharing my daily training routine, I might further motivate myself... and others to push themselves through and beyond their physical and mental limits.

So little monsters, I'm thinking I'm the monster now... 3 hours of hot yoga back to back. Coulda pulled off another class... but opted out... next time :P
